Design and Consultancy

The early stages of design often require several iterations of spatially planned drawings, finalised only with client satisfaction. Specification consultation along with budget planning is crucial at these early stages.

Full Drawing Pack & Tender Document

Once the layout and specification is determined a full drawing pack is produced detailing every component required for the project. These often include manufacturer drawings for bespoke designs, carpentry component drawings, plans and elevations of all detail etc. A tender document may also accompany the drawing pack with a comprehensive break-down of project costs for iDezign to supply, manage and install the project.

Project Management and Fit-Out

If iDezign are awarded the fit-out contract a comprehensive schedule is developed in accordance with the client’s timescale. iDezign are fortunate to have a large number of high quality trades who are familiar with our high standards and work practices. This ensures a quality service delivered on-time. All specified products, manufactured components, and specialist services are all co-ordinated according to predetermined schedules. An iDezign site-manager and project manager oversees the entire operation allowing for unforseen occurrences to be acted upon immediately.
